Kombucha

What we need:

Ingredients:

  • 3 liters of water.

  • 10 gr. of Organic tea (Black, green or white).

  • 375 gr. Organic sugar. (125 gr. per litter of water)

  • The scoby.

  • 250 ml old kombucha.

 

Tools:

  • Scale.

  • Bowl.

  • Glass or plastic jar.

  • Plastic or wood spoon.

  • Pot or electric pav.

  • Colander.

 

What we do:

  1. Boil 1 liter of water and put a little into the bowl.

  2. Put the organic tea into the bowl.

  3. Add the sugar into the bowl and dissolve it fully with the hot water.

  4. Put the 2 liters of cold water in a jar.

  5. Let the mix get cold, use the colander and pour it into the jar with the cold water.

  6. Add the water of the old kombucha into the jar.

  7. Put the scoby in the jar and close it. never pour hot water on the scoby!!!

  8. Let it for 4 weeks in a warm, dark room.

After that is going to be ready to enjoy it with your meals!!!
