Kombucha
What we need:
Ingredients:

3 liters of water.

10 gr. of Organic tea (Black, green or white).

375 gr. Organic sugar. (125 gr. per litter of water)

The scoby.
-
250 ml old kombucha.
Tools:
-
Scale.
-
Bowl.
-
Glass or plastic jar.
-
Plastic or wood spoon.
-
Pot or electric pav.
-
Colander.
What we do:

Boil 1 liter of water and put a little into the bowl.

Put the organic tea into the bowl.
-
Add the sugar into the bowl and dissolve it fully with the hot water.

Put the 2 liters of cold water in a jar.
-
Let the mix get cold, use the colander and pour it into the jar with the cold water.

Add the water of the old kombucha into the jar.
-
Put the scoby in the jar and close it. never pour hot water on the scoby!!!
-
Let it for 4 weeks in a warm, dark room.

After that is going to be ready to enjoy it with your meals!!!
